Terms and Conditions of Service and Privacy Policy:

1: By placing an order with Micrositez™, you confirm that you are in agreement with and are bound by the terms and conditions below. An 'order' is deemed to be confirmed after payment has been made. These terms are effectual from the point payment is received from a client whether in full or in part and are governed under Scottish law.

2: Micrositez™ will carry out work only where an agreement is provided either by mail, email or telephone and after payment has been made. Micrositez™ will carry out work only for clients who are 18 years of age or above.

3: Micrositez™ is not affiliated with any search engine network or directory - ALL third party logos or images used on this site remain copyright of their respective companies.

4: Micrositez™ cannot be held responsible for delays or failure of performance resulting from Internet Service Provider delivery problems or failure, including hosting issues where your site is unavailable at any time or any communication or delivery problems associated with Client's receipt of the Account Service data. Micrositez™ shall not be responsible for acts or causes beyond their control, including but not limited to: acts of God, strikes, lockouts, communications line or equipment failures, power failures, earthquakes, or other disasters.

5: Micrositez™ do not warrant or represent that the use or the results of the use of the materials available through Micrositez™ services or from third parties will be correct, accurate, timely, reliable or otherwise.

6: Notwithstanding the security precautions taken against disclosure of information, there are certain conditions that exist on the Internet generally which are outside Micrositez™ control and could result in a breach of security. Accordingly, Micrositez™ cannot guarantee that Your Account Service data information will be free from corruption or piracy. You hereby expressly waive any claim against Micrositez™ arising out of the loss of data through corruption, piracy or breach of security.

7: Micrositez™ cannot be held responsible for URLs dropped or excluded by a search engine for any reason. Micrositez™ do not represent or warrant that Customers' URLs will achieve a favourable position, or any position at all, within a particular search engine as a result of using any of our services. Micrositez™ cannot and DO NOT guarantee indexing (inclusion) or high ranking for any website (submitted by us) on any Search Engine or Directory. Neither can we guarantee that any of our services will increase your website's traffic, page rank (PR) or overall performance on any search engine (at any time). Micrositez™ cannot be held liable or be held responsible for negative fluctuations in any clients search engine positions... customers should be aware that search engine positions and ranking (including page rank) can go down as well as up.

8: You expressly agree that use of the Micrositez™ services provided hereunder is at your sole risk. These Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Micrositez™ expressly disclaim all warranties of any kind, express or implied, including without limitation any warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement.

9: To the maximum extent allowed by law, Micrositez™ and any of their parents, members, subsidiaries, affiliates, service providers, licensors, officers, directors or employees shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages (no matter how they arose, including negligence), or for interrupted communications, lost data or lost profits, arising out of or in connection with the services provided hereunder. Further, Micrositez™ will not have any liability for any losses arising because the Micrositez™ services are not operational or accessible. This section does not limit liability for bodily injury of a person.

10: Micrositez™ is not responsible for any adverse affects on search engine ranking or for additional costs incurred if the client has engaged in overwriting SEO work already carried out on the site by Micrositez™ (whether intentionally or accidentally). For example when the client or the client's webmaster has made changes and uploaded or overwritten on-page seo work that has already been provided by Micrositez™. Neither can Micrositez™ be held responsible when on-page seo work has been overwritten by other parties which may have adversely affected the search engine rankings of the client’s website. Any remedial work required to correct overwritten or adversely affected on-page SEO will be charged to and will be payable by the client.

11: As a Christian owned business Micrositez™ do not accept seo orders for sites whose content is deemed unsuitable. Examples of unsuitable content may include (but are not limited to) illegal, adult or offensive content, new age, occult, hate sites, pornography (of any type), spiritualism, mediumship or content where extreme political or propagandist views are expressed... neither do we provide seo for gambling sites, pharmacy sites or 'Made for Adsense' or similar sites. All content is deemed suitable for seo promotion at the sole discretion of the webmaster.

12: To process your order we require payment for your service in full by Cheque, Online Paypal/Credit/Debit Card Payment or by Bank Transfer. Payment can also be made through our easy payment scheme in monthly installments (the easy payment scheme is only avaialble to customers who order via Paypal no other payment methods are accepted for the installment scheme). Micrositez™ regrets that once any payment has been received NO REFUNDS CAN BE GIVEN.

Complaints Procedure:

Anyone who experiences a problem with the service provided by Micrositez™ should raise the matter with us directly using our online contact form, giving sufficient information and clearly outlining the grounds for complaint.

Privacy Policy:

Micrositez™ are committed to safeguarding your privacy, while providing the highest possible quality of service. Micrositez™ will only ever use the personal/private information that we collect about you lawfully in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998.

Any personal/private information you supply to Micrositez™ will be kept in the strictest confidence. Micrositez™ will not rent, sell, share or trade any of the personal/private information you provide.
